Nanay Sana’s children continued the lechon legacy that she had started and one of her daughters was Lola Ulcing (Dulce) Enjambre. During Lola Ulcing’s old age, her daughter Teresita Enjambre Javier brought her to Manila to take care of her and along with,
the lechon business to keep Lola Ulcing busy. They were roasting lechon in her backyard in Taguig and very soon gained popularity. It was then that Teresita’s eldest child –Jasper Enjambre Javier- now the 4th generation and great grand son of Nanay
Sana – registered the business as "Ulcing’s – The Original Cebu Lechon". Eventually, Ulcing’s was voted one of the Top Ten Best Lechon’s in the Philippines in 2015 and featured in Lifestyle Manila Bulletin.
In 2017, Jasper launched a branch of Ulcing’s Cebu Lechon in Sydney – where he resides with his family. Ulcing’s Sydney is quickly gaining positive reviews and has since launched a Boneless Belly Lechon variant apart from the traditional Native Cebu Lechon
